The short answer is no, it is not hard. Most people learn to use AER to facilitate their releasing of unresourceful feelings in just a few hours. Most of this time is spent un-learning the societal conditioning that encourages us to bottle up our feelings. The actual AER process is very simple and easy to master.

Like anything new, releasing feelings that have been stored inside you for years can be a bit counter-intuitive, so you need to learn to “ride that bicycle”.

The pre-recorded AER sessions offered provide all you need to get yourself on the journey of regularly releasing that which does not serve you.
