(This workshop can be taken at any time independently of any other AER training.)

Lighten your Load is a short workshop designed to guide you through a simple practice of releasing stress using the AER (Awareness, Expression, Resolution) method.

AER is an easy and non-invasive process that can allow you to actually release stress from relationships, your job, etc.

This workshop will be of interest to anyone who wants to have more peace in their lives, less baggage and stress.

Workshop Contents

  • Experience the AER process first-hand. Stress-related problems will be reduced dramatically or eliminated.
  • Practice applying AER on stress that arises.

During a session, you will be guided through the process by a Certified AER Facilitator. Issues will be significantly reduced or neutralized.

  • You do not have to discuss your issue in detail. Your privacy is ensured. Clients have successfully resolved issues expressed in terms such as as “I don’t feel good about this situation with this person.” While you are free to tell your story, it is not necessary for the successful release of stress.
  • You don’t have to understand why you have stress. AER is not psychoanalysis or about digging around in your past. It is a releasing process that aids you in letting go of age-old stress in a short period of time.

  • You’ll follow an easy process. AER is very easy to use, and very effective.
  • You sit relaxed comfortably in a chair, fully clothed. AER does not require any difficult physical movements or ability.
  • There is no physical contact with the Processor. AER is a process which respects your personal space.

Getting Unstuck

(This workshop can be taken at any time independently of any other AER training.)

Getting Unstuck is an introduction to techniques to use when stuck in a particular feeling. This workshop is designed to guide you through several simple exercises for releasing stuck feelings using the AER (Awareness, Expression, Resolution) and other methods.

This workshop will be of interest to anyone who wants to break free of feelings and emotions that seem to stick around longer than comfortable.

Workshop Contents

  • Experience the AER process and other related methods first-hand. Problems will be reduced dramatically or eliminated.
  • Practice applying these methods on stuck feelings.

Space in the workshops is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • The organizers reserve the right to limit the number of participants in any workshop.
  • The organizers reserve the right to cancel an event due to extenuating circumstances. Deposits will be refunded.
