There are many ways that one can make use of AER:
- To release stress
- To release old feelings of pain, sorrow, anger, upset, etc.
- To release beliefs that no longer serve
Stress is often caused by our response to situations and events. This response is exaggerated by the stored feelings from previous situations in which we felt similar feelings. By facilitating the release of these stored feelings, AER brings us to a place where we can easily experience what were previously stressful situations.
